I just discovered your blog and love it! Love your humor and recipes! And envy where you live. We spent two weeks on PEI last year, and my heart misses it (I’m from Colorado). 🙂

In reply to Elizabeth. Sorry, Elizabeth, I don't. I'm assuming that you could just use 7 cups of chicken stock, but this recipe was posted almost 4 years ago, so my memories of it are vague at best!
