THanks for the tips. I have bought chisels with varying degrees of curvature and owning an impressive degree of sharp so this should be educational, at least. I am optimistic enough to believe the very first time I try to use these on a pumpkin the results will be over the top spectacular. Well, that’s a given. Whether the outcome will be other than a spectacular disaster is a different matter altogether. The Boy is also anxious to give it a try. Eleven now, it should be fine to hand him the ultra-narrow blades we use for detail carving, right? We manage to accidentally de-dentify our pumpkin every. single. year. so any tips on an adhesive that really WORKS for pumpkins, let’s hear it you guys! And now… just to wait… for the details…
