tangy raspberry sherbet | movita beaucoup

Today I have a guest post over on Will Cook For Friends. That’s Willow‘s blog, and she’s the bomb. Willow’s readers are used to gorgeous photos and elegant blog posts about food technique and seasonal ingredients. So I took things down a notch and sent her a longversation about the decline of my body. Because that’s what my readers like. Solidarity, peeps.

So, maybe class yourselves up a bit and come visit me over at Willow’s? That would be the cat’s pyjamas.

I’m suddenly having visions of cats in pj’s smoking pipes and giving me recipe tips for delicious fruit sorbets. I think I really need to lie down.

Naw! That’s EXACTLY how it is here.

You dress your pets in pyjamas… right?

Hi Rachel! Great post! JOOTT? Brilliant! I’m glad you are ok. Take care 😉

Thanks! And yes, JOOTT doesn’t seem to be deadly. Just annoying. Like teen pop stars.

Tell me about it!! 😉 (I don’t know how to make the emoticon with its tongue sticking out). 😉

I am so glad I found your blog and it looks like a I found another great blog too in this guest post. Beautiful photographs and writing!

Thanks, Nik! Your photos are gorgeous, by the way…

Thank you so much for the awesome guest post! I love it, and I’m pretty certain all my readers did, too. On my flight home from vacation I actually developed a little bit of JOOTT myself (in the form of a weird, not-allergy-related rash all over my body). Pretty annoying stuff, but as long as annoying is all it is (and as long as it’s going away, eventually) I’m okay with it!

Thank you for introducing me to Willow’s blog, where I very much enjoyed your guest post. Check over there for another pithy and insightful, not to mention cleverly amusing comment from me. Ahem … someone’s got a swelled head today, but I’m not going to ask the doctor about it!

Hey, you gotta give the people what they want, right? We sort of expect it now. This sherbet looks so vibrant and inviting. I’ll go grab my spoon.
